On Wednesday October 30, 2019, I was invited by my former Basketball Coach and PE instructor, Mr. Bolden to present the Social & Emotional Learning component, “Self-Awareness” to FDR’s 6, 7 & 8th grade boys. We focused on identity, traumas, self love and legacy. I was grateful of the opportunity to pay it forward. We are looking to host a book signing day for FDR students in the near future.
