Full Payment is due before services can begin.
Full refund available if requested within 30 minutes of payment submission. After an hour, there would be a $15.00 service charge for refunds. After 2 hours, there will be a $40.00 service charge. Average turnaround time is 12-48 hours, but due to a possible high volume of requests for services, please allow up to 3-5 business days for completion of services. There is a $20.00 Updating and Editing Fee for Resumes and Cover Letters that need revamped after final approval of first submission.
