2022 Black Valentines Day Recap

It was a joy to see black love on display Valentines Day Weekend and on actual Valentine’s Day (Monday February 14, 2022) in the form of first dates, engagements, pregnancy announcements with both parents present, wedding anniversaries, public displays of affection and so much more. You all looked amazing with your loved one and I want to take the time advocate for togetherness:

Don’t ever allow someone who is single to convince you that being alone is better than being in love with someone because being alone sucks, I know it, you know it, and they know it.”

Display black love and black excellence continuously and unconditionally to help shift the narrative for the next generation of black people and everyone around you.

I’m rooting for public displays of black love!
