On Saturday September 21, 2019 from 12:00 P.M.- 4:00 P.M., Author Jameel Davis will be showcasing and conducting a reading from his newly released book “In Between These Sheets” and internationally recognized book “Cultivating Minds To Own Thyself” during Loganberry’s Great Lakes African American Writers Conference, Book Fair and People of Color Readings.
The event is set to take place at Loganberry Books located at 13015 Larchmere Blvd Shaker Heights, OH 44120.
Loganberry Books says, the day includes a tribute to Toni Morrison, a talk from Anisfield-Wolf Fellow Zachary Thomas, and readings from northern Ohio’s best prose writers of color. Books from nearly 20 writers of color will be available for sale and signing by the author. GLAAWC is presented in partnership with The Cleveland Foundation and Anisfield-Wolf Book Awards and is a part of Cleveland Book Week.
So, gather your family, neighbors, friends, Co-workers, and anyone else you would like to round up, and come meet author Jameel Davis at this wonderful event for the African American Arts Community.
