I am very excited that I have been personally invited by KYA Publishing to join the Board of Directors for the Toronto Urban Book Expo on my 29th Birthday (August 21, 2018).
As many of you know, I was chosen as the host for the 5th Annual Toronto Urban Book Expo, held Friday August 3, 2018 at the Parkdale Branch Library We welcomed over forty amazing writers from the United States and Canada.
After careful consideration, I have accepted the role as the “International Communication/Liaison and plans are currently underway for a series of events during Black History Month, the 2019 Toronto Carnival Retreat and the 2020 Toronto Urban Book Expo.
